Gutting and demolition are the first step in any renovation. We gutted our own house ourselves, which is why we know: tearing down needs a plan too, so that nothing is left in the way afterwards.
Our Gutting & Demolition Services
We clear out buildings or individual areas completely and gut them. We selectively remove individual walls, floors or installations and dismantle fitted elements such as kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems. We separate the rubble by type and dispose of it properly. If a renovation follows at the end, we prepare the building fabric for it. If asbestos, mineral fibres or mould turn up, we bring in certified specialist firms and coordinate their work.
Safety and Planning
Gutting is more than just tearing down. We look at every property closely beforehand: which walls are load-bearing? Are there hazardous materials in the fabric? Which lines need to be secured? From that we make a demolition plan, coordinate the steps and record progress. If hazardous materials are suspected, we bring in certified testing and remediation firms.
